Your Live Healthy &Thrive Expo ticket is a revocable license. By purchasing a ticket on this website you as the holder and purchaser for any minor, hereby acknowledge agreement to the following:
 Management reserves the right to refuse admission to or eject any person whose behavior or conduct management considers disorderly, obnoxious or disturbing. Holder is prohibited from carrying open or closed containers, bottles, cans onto the premises.
Management reserves the right to change the program itinerary, appearance schedule times or talent scheduled for the day/event shown on the reverse of this ticket and no such change will entitle the Holder to a refund of the purchase price of this event.
In addition, the Holder grants permission to Live Healthy & Thrive Expo to utilize the Holder image, likeness, actions, statements in any live or recorded audio, video or photographic display or any other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, the Event without further authorization or compensation. THE HOLDER OF THIS TICKET VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISKS AND DANGER or personal injury, illness, including death and all hazards arising from or related in any way to Live Healthy and Thrive Expo, whether occurring prior to, during or after the Event. |
