Press Badge Access Guidelines
Thank you for your interest in the Live Healthy & Thrive Expo. To qualify as press, you must submit official press credentials or a business card from a creditable news organization. Please present these credentials at the check-in area the day of the show and we will issue you a press badge.
Please read the guidelines below that explain the rules and regulations of press access at the Live Healthy & Thrive Expo.
A press badge gives you basic access to the Show Floor (the same access privileges as a general admission ticket). This includes access to the Main Cooking Stage and the main showroom floor along with Corporate Sponsors and Exhibitors.
A press badge also give you access to the Celebrity Showcase and Autograph Area, however, we do not have seating available for members of the press. Please remain on the back or side walls during the demonstration. Please do not enter the stage area to take photos and block the view of our paid attendees.
Videotaping of the show is PROHIBITED unless arranged with and approved by Lanii Thomas prior to the Show.
With the exception of the Celebrity Showcase/Autograph Area, press badges do not allow access to any of the special ticketed areas, such as VIP Area, or Children’s Cooking Showcase or the other VIP Tasting Areas.
Should you have any questions or concerns regarding your access during the show, please feel free to contact the Show Office on site.
Additional access rights will not be granted during the show. Any special requests must be coordinated with Lanii Thomas prior to the show.
There will be show photos available for media usage after the event. If you are interested in using any of the show photos, please contact Lanii at the above email address.
